Outpatient Physical Therapist - $20,000 Sign On

Description:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Kanab, Utah. • Competitive annual income of $75,000-$100,000
• $10,000 - $20,000 sign-on bonus

Physical Therapist Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain.
• Performing evaluations and standard appointments
• Designing a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate manner

Physical Therapist Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000.

• You will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing education
• Up to $5,250/year student loan repayment
• Bonuses for board certification and clinical excellence.

Physical Therapist Hours & Benefits:

• This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week position

• Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
