The Project Manager serves as project liaison and is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Acts as point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated market
- Responsible for all aspects of the projects including maintaining and increasing revenue objectives
- Prepare RFB and Project Bids
- Solicit new customers and bid opportunities within market area
- Manage project/work order development from initiation to closure
- Be accountable for project results
- Work with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to manage project/work orders, scopes, goals, required resources, budget and timing
- Complete work cost estimates and structure, work with coordinators on billing, invoicing and WIP
- Provide customers with schedules and timelines
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members
- Resolve any issues and problems throughout project
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring completion of change orders to document and approve changes
- Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources and sub-contractors
- Track, report and provide status to customers
- Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to all team members
- Responsible for developing tools, procedures, and best practices for all team members
- Responsible for evaluating and assessing results of projects and work orders

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or related field preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience: 2-4 years of project management in a telecommunications setting and related experience.
Required Licenses or Certifications: Operators License, OSHA-10 preferred, PMP Certification preferred
