Account Manager DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing key customer contacts and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts. Build strong relationships with strategic customers and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s products and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business by achieving long-term success.

Account Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Act as the key interface between the key customers and all internal teams

• Develop trust relationships with major customers to ensure their confidence

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

• Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

• As arises, deliver bad news and a recovery plan

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics

• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices


Account Manager EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor‘s Degree and/or 3-5 years of customer support experience

• Experience in Account and Customer Management and managing major national accounts

• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills

• Strong relationship building, negotiation, leadership and influencing skills and a positive attitude

• Highly self-motivated and autonomous with self-initiative to undertake or continue a task or activity with minimal supervision

• Strong skills and abilities in conflict resolution, influencing individuals over which you have no direct authority

• System proficiency, especially in Excel, and ability to learn in-depth internal software programs
