Full Time Evening Custodian at a local School in the Brainerd Lakes Area

This is a full time year round position.

Potential candidate will have a great attitude and the ability to be self motivated and work alone, and with a team.

Some weekend work is required during weekend events.

Evening Shift: 2:45pm - 10:45pm
Monday - Friday
Starting wage based on previous experience.

Job duties include and are not limited to:

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors
- Operating floor scrubbers and other equipment
Empty trash
Dust furniture and fixtures
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
Good organizational skills
Good communications skills.
