Project Coordinator

Description:

AHT Cooling System USA, a leader in refrigeration systems for the grocery and convenience industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Ladson team.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, you will provide administrative support to the project management and sales teams by monitoring tasks, project plans, budget and coordination of deliverables including progress tracking, documentation, logistical support and file management.

Key elements of this role include:

• Data entry and maintenance of pertinent project information in Project Mates
• Handle order processing from order intake to completion billing
• Coordinate equipment delivery schedules with project managers and onsite contractors
• Respond to customer and project management concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after installation
• Develop and maintain project management department-related documentation
• Provide administrative support with project closeout process

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service or inventory management
• Financial understanding and project budgeting experience a plus
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, product equipment drawings as it relates to the company's products.
• Previous experience with CRM software applications
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (i.e.SAP)
• Strong organization, analytical and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
