Job Description:

CDL A Company Driver - Eastern Regional
Class A Drivers with experience or drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training you will be running the Eastern Seaboard Regional. Must have 6 months experience to not go with a trainer.

• Running lane is Eastern Seaboard Regional
  
• 100% No Touch Dry Van freight
  
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period.
  
• Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer if under 6 months experience.
  
• 6 months experience, no time needed with trainer.
  
• Bi-weekly home time.
  
• Orientation in closest hub location depending on where driver lives (processor to decide)
  
• Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  
• Average miles a week is 2500.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week until behind the wheel hours are met (4-6 weeks)
  
• .55 - .65 per mile depending on experience
  
• $1200 - $1400 week.
  
• $15 per stop pay.
  
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL License
  
• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
  
• Must have held a driver s license consecutively for at least the last 12 months.
  
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no at fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 3 years.
  
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
  
• No DUI s in the last 5 years or more than 2 in a lifetime if offense occurred before they obtained Class A License.
  
• All misdemeanors and felonies will be reviewed by safety.
  
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
  
• No large gaps of employment recently. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
