Job Requirements Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with production and engineering teams to establish and maintain quality control processes, including inspection procedures, sampling plans, and quality checkpoints Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Supplier Quality Management Job Qualifications Prior experience in quality engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies CMM and/or Scanning Experience a plus Reliance One, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
