Director of Perioperative Services

A reputable community hospital near the White Mountains is hiring a Director of Perioperative Services to oversee its Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, and PACU. In this role, you will provide leadership to the departments, oversee the daily operations, manage & develop departmental personnel, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the delivery of patient care. Responsibilities: Directs, collaborates, and evaluates perioperative personnel to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and quality patient care. Participates in the recruitment, selection, training, and retention of personnel. Supporting staff and serving as a clinical resource. Facilitates efficient patient flow and work processes. Staffing and scheduling. Qualifications: A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred. Active RN License. 5+ years of OR experience is required.
