Continuum Home Health Care is currently seeking a part-time home health aide who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in Holland, Michigan. This position will require availability Monday through Thursday from 10am - 3pm, with the potential for full-time work if desired.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients
Help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor
Build strong relationships with our clients and their families
Communicate effectively with team members and clients in Spanish
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish
Previous experience as a home health aide or similar role
Ability to work independently and in a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
