MALE OR FEMALE CAREGIVERS NEEDED - FEMALE PATIENT

We are seeking an experienced, kind, and professional MALE OR FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist with a FEMALE PATIENT located in Westlake Village.

Patient has onset Dementia/Alzheimer's, so we prefer someone who has experience with those patients. She is delightful and loves company! We also ask that you be willing to drive her around to errands, appointments, shopping as she loves to get outside!

This is an unusual position in that YOU tell US when you can work: this patient needs someone pretty much 24/7 so let us know what time(s)/day(s) are best for you.

SHIFT:
Monday - Sunday
Please advise what time(s) work for you

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*All ADL's
*Medication Reminders
*Meal Preparation
*Driving Patient (errands, shopping, appointments, etc.)
