Experience:

• 12 months of Home Health experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Shift: 830am-5pm (Schedule can be flexible based on patient’s availability.)
