Overview of the Financial Analyst role:
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and actual monthly financial statements
- Perform account analysis and review trends of expense accounts to improve current forecast and budget modeling
- Provide financial support to plant management regarding financial and operational performance on a weekly basis
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to identify and monitor cost saving initiatives
- Perform internal control audits
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Two years of experience as a Financial Analyst or experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with at least one major ERP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical abilities as a Financial Analyst
