Corporate Recruiter, Manufacturing

Global Manufacturer actively seeking a Recruiter (onsite) to join team in Cullman, AL!

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment with ability to work 100% onsite.

Full scope talent acquisition to include; identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring candidates, head count reporting, management of job postings and social media

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
