Full-Time Counselor with Mental Health Focus

Location: Montana (Onsite or Remote)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? Do you have experience in counseling with a focus on mental health and behavioral skills? We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Counselor to join our team in Montana, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a student population that is 99% Native American.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide counseling services focusing on student social and behavioral skills.
- Work closely with the Psychologist and Special Education (SPED) team to support student needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to address mental health concerns within the student population.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive environment for students.

Requirements:
- Montana licensure as a counselor is preferred.
- Experience working with protected populations is required.
- At least 2 years of remote counseling experience is necessary for remote candidates.
- fortable working in both onsite and remote settings.
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
