Job Title: School Psychologist

Location: Templeton, MA

Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team in Templeton, MA. The School Psychologist will provide a range of psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students in the school district.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment results and collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Consult with teachers and staff to address classroom behavior management and academic support strategies
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on educational planning and decision-making
• Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and supports
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist license or certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent munication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
