Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity in the Greenfield area? Look no further! Blazer Jobs, in partnership with local schools, is actively seeking individuals like you to join our team. As an RBT, you'll play a vital role in providing support to individuals with behavioral challenges, making a meaningful impact on their lives.Competitive pay range: $30-33 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass background check.
