Responsibilities as a Logistics Coordinator

- Oversee the performance of the mail loading system; ensure it operates seamlessly.

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

- Ensure the integrity of our dynamic mail loading system by performing constant system checks and routine maintenance.

- Liaising with suppliers and transport companies.

- Implement measures to optimize process and increase quality.

- Coordinate the entire order cycle, enhancing business development and ensuring sustainability and customer satisfaction.

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to the dynamic mail loading system.

-Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or similar field

- Good computer skills (especially in database software and applications).

- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly with team members and management.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage complexities.

- Attention to detail, responsible and reliable.

- Knowledge of logistics systems, coordination and mail load systems would be a strong advantage.
