Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess BACB RBT license at time of appointment (LICENSE VERIFICATION LINK )
  • Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experienced working with students between grades K-12th

Description of Position:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one/group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
  • Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule
  • Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
