Job Description: We are seeking a Temporary-to-Hire Call Center Specialist to join our client’s team in Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid position that requires strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a call center environment within a professional services organization.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally
Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Work effectively in a hybrid environment, including both in-office and remote work as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment within a professional services organization (finance, banking, legal, etc.)
Ability to work first or second shift schedule as assigned
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred
