Are you a driven and experienced leader in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and teams while maintaining exceptional customer service standards? If so, we want YOU to join our team as our new Multi Unit QSR Manager!

Our success is built on the foundation of exceptional service and quality food. As we expand, we are seeking a strong leader to oversee multiple locations and ensure our high standards are met.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing 3-5 QSR locations, including all aspects of operations, sales, and personnel management. You will work closely with each store manager to ensure a consistent level of service and quality across all locations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting and achieving sales goals for each location
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Overseeing inventory management and cost control measures
- Hiring, training, and mentoring store managers and team members
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to drive improvement
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a multi unit QSR management position
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and labor scheduling practices
