Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Regional Retail Supervisor for the Northern Lower Peninsula.

This person will assist in overseeing managers of 8-10 stores from an operational management perspective. Responsibilities will include Staffing, Supervising, Merchandising, Training, and General Management to ensure that the facility is performing within the guidelines of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o   Assist The Store Managers with Oversight of Store Operations

o   Help With Hiring and Working with Staff to Accomplish Bookkeeping and Merchandise Upkeep

o   Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Meet Sales Goals

o   Follow And Ensure Stores Are Following Company Policies and Procedures

o   Conduct Personnel Performance Reviews to Assess Training Needs


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

o   Grocery Or Retail Experience

o   Well-Written, Computer, And Verbal Communication Skills

o   Self-Motivated, Dedicated, And Hard-Working.
