Volt is immediately hiring for an HR Representative-Admin in Huntington, IN.
As an HR Representative you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an HR Representative you will:
- Use knowledge of the company and position requirements to identify qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews and refer only those qualified to managers.
- Will maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
- Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
- Resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
- Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to the manager.
- Closely follow-up on interview with hiring managers and candidates.
- Extend offers and close candidates.
- Help with various HR duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years light industrial and manufacturing recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work onsite in Huntington, IN
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
