Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic organization seeking a Banking Clerk. The Banking Clerk will ideally have previous customer service experience and a general knowledge of banking or financial services. This dynamic organization is open to entry level candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work as a Banking Clerk. This Banking Clerk position could be the one for you if you have excellent customer service skills and strong data entry capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Handle basic data entry utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Support cash management activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a banking environment
- Handle all customer questions about loan products, bank accounts, and credit cards
- Process customer transactions and verify personal and financial information- 1+ year providing exemplary customer service
- AA or BS/BA preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
