Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to facilitate seamless transitions from sales to operations within our dynamic playground industry team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our direct sales team, product vendors, subcontractors, shipping partners, and various divisions within PlayCore. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through transparent and timely communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support direct sales team with administrative task and coordination for installers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and other PlayCore divisions on all project execution elements.
- Schedule meetings and communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure customer project expectations are met or exceeded.
- Obtain installer/subcontractor project quotes for Sales Team during the selling process.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with subcontractors and PlayCore administrative team to ensure timely payments, customer sign offs, and effective paperwork execution.
- Support sales team with post sale customer service claims, owners manuals, install prints and completion of all project sign off documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure QC checklist are executed and proper project documentation are being tracked.
- Develop and maintain project timeline charts for sales team, delivering regular status communication to sales reps and customers. Alert and communicate any deviations from plan immediately through rep and project team.
- Support day-to-day sales rep client contact and relationships through rep directed activity and territory research.
- Track and support CRM data input for the sales team to ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Ability to multitask and manage up to 30-40 active projects at the same time.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate's Degree or two (2) years of comparable experience
