Pay rate: $20 - 26/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift
Accounting Assistant job task include:
- Apply customer payments
- Deposit incoming checks online
- Performs collections activities via phone/e-mail and collect on past due accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain past due account spreadsheet
- Process credit card orders
- Match invoices to purchase order receipts
- Process A/P invoices
- Interface with purchasing department on payable discrepancies
- Process weekly check runs
- Manage daily cash spreadsheet
