ROLE
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the product development process, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customers and the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, data engineers and stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features and drive the product's success. These products will support understanding and evolving the client journey as well as the development and adoption of patient applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects customer needs, business priorities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and users to gather requirements and understand their needs and pain points.
- Define and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that they align with the product vision and meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, market research, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with development teams to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth deployment and timely delivery.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, development teams, and customers.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics, conduct market research, and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions and improve the product over time.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Experience developing analytics to support consumer marketing and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software.
