Staff Accountant

Reyes Fleet Management is immediatley hiring a Staff Accountant for our team located in Rosemont, IL to assist in our Finance and Accounting department on a variety of accounting tasks.

Shift: Full-Time l 1st Shift 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday Hybrid role but must be able to work on site minimum 3 days a week.

Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant is a key contributor to the day-to-day accounting operations of the Reyes Fleet Management structure. The position is intended to provide a broad range of accounting and finance support to the Reyes Fleet Management Operation.

People or Process Management Responsibility: None

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis
• Month end close for business locations
• Preparation of weekly and monthly billing reports for fleet maintenance operations
• Account analysis and reconciliation
• Maintain fixed asset system on a regular basis
• Weekly fuel invoicing and reconciliation with related company
• Assist with the year-end external audit process
• Assist with the annual budgeting process
• Assist with special projects and process improvements
• Any other duties as assigned
