Responsibilities – Motorcycle Sales Associate:
- Help customers select and purchase a motorcycle
- Greet customers and identify the Motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
- Participate in demo rides
- Guide customers through sales process while overcoming objections for immediate purchase.
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals.
- Ensure prospects are logged in CRM system along with effective follow-up
- Participate in sales training and coaching
- Facilitate atmosphere of teamwork and dealership success
- Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude to complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements - Motorcycle Sales Associate:
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record in the motorcycle or auto industry
- Motorcycle endorsement and understanding of the Harley-Davidson culture
- Great work ethic and career commitment
- Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
- Professional appearance and work ethics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
- Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
- Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
