Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in family law, estate and trusts, and probate law matters.
2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate documents.
4. Negotiate settlements in sensitive and complex legal disputes.
5. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal issues.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop effective strategies for our clients' cases.
8. Stay updated on new developments in the law and the legal industry.
9. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
1. JD from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the state.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Law Associate, Estate and Trusts Attorney, or Probate Attorney.
3. Exceptional knowledge of family law, estate and trusts, and probate law.
4. Proven experience in representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
5. Strong research and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
8. High ethical standards and professionalism.
9. Strong commitment to client service and excellence in the practice of law.
