- Location: Woodridge, Illinois
- Shift: 2nd shift 4:00pm to 12:30am Monday - Friday
- Pay Rate: $26-35+ per hour based on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machinist, your typical day will involve:
- Operating machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
- Setting up and operating a variety of machine tools.
- Fabricating and modifying parts to make or repair machine tools.
- Using precision measuring equipment/instruments.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and geometric tolerances.
Qualifications & Skills:
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating CNC lathe and/or mill.
- A high school diploma/GED or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
- The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Knowledge and application of safe systems of work.
