Your New Role:
Be the heartbeat of our operations! As our Dispatcher, you're the first point of contact, receiving all calls and orchestrating the rhythm of our service schedule. Your responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming requests for services, information, or assistance through phone calls.
• Respond to any missed calls or texts that come into the office, promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and technicians, to create and maintain an accurate schedule
• Regularly and promptly communicate with the technicians.
• Create and manage schedules for personnel, vehicles, or equipment.
• Adjust schedules in real time to respond to changing circumstances.
• Gather relevant details and double-check all customer information ensuring they are correct as needed.
• Track and merge duplicate customer profiles when discovered.
• Communicate all adjustments with customers promptly.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during operations.
• Troubleshoot communication or logistical problems to ensure smooth operations.
