We are seeking a highly motivated Site Procurement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement for our site, playing a key role in cost reduction, supplier management, and risk mitigation. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure our procurement strategies align with business needs.


Job Title: Site Procurement Manager
Duration: 1 Year contract with possibility of extension.
Location: Marietta, PA
Pay Rate: $40.00/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long- and short-term plans to improve procurement processes for enhanced site performance.
  • Lead the implementation of new procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the site supply base to meet company requirements for quality, regulatory compliance, service, cost, and innovation.
  • Develop and manage a long-term vision for all purchasing categories to support company growth.
  • Negotiate contracts for critical categories.
  • Reduce costs associated with direct materials, manufacturing indirect materials, and capital expenditures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Coordinate with category teams and manage relationships with other procurement staff remotely.
  • May have additional responsibilities outside the normal scope of the role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or MBA (Preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in operational procurement across multiple categories.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in risk management.
  • Contracting experience with a thorough understanding of contracting fundamentals.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment (Preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
