Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential car buyers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of different car models
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business
- Utilize sales management tools to track and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
