We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative in our Bellingham, WA facility to focus on our Wholesale program.

**This is an in-house position and not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek to maximize sales for the company by pursuing additional business with wholesale customers
  • Prospect for new business within our current market and in new market segments
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, emails, and other documents using Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Bi, SharePoint, Zendesk, and/or presentation software
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally of business information that is available to you
  • Answer inbound phone calls, assist dealers with their account and provide quotes, answer end-user product questions, anticipate needs
  • Make outgoing phone calls to dealers, provide them with quotes, follow-up on quotes and orders, upsell them additional products
  • Make outgoing phone calls to prospects and new leads, sell them on our wholesale program, provide them with information, respond to objections
  • Stay organized in the performance of day-to-day administrative tasks to schedule, update and record contact (selling activities) with leads and accounts
  • Provide useful and beneficial business information to supervisors and co-workers by: Teams, in written form, e-mail, or in person
  • Communicate with people outside the organization; professionally represent the organization to customers, the public, and other external entities through various modes of communication
  • Read, analyze, and respond to incoming departmental email, from consumers, customers, and prospects
  • Act as back-up to the National Sales Manager by receiving incoming calls in their absence
  • Maintain formal documentation of duties and job responsibilities for the purpose of training in the full range of essential job functions
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required

Job Requirements:

  • Two years of sales experience is required.
  • Business to Business sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word. Familiarity with CRM applications is preferred.
