Director of Nursing - Direct Hire

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; if hired without a BSN, must be willing to obtain within 5 years from date of hire
- 5+ years of experience in nurse leadership roles
- Unencumbered RN license in SD; BLS, TNCC, ACLS, NRP, PALS
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Director of Nursing, you will play an integral role within the hospital by providing clinical and administrative leadership to maintain standards of patient care.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of a systems approach to improve and maintain standards in clinical patient care, patient safety, and health outcomes
- Implement the vision, mission, and strategic plan of clinical services
- Monitor operations of nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations of organizational and governmental standards and practices
- Lead the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, procedures, and protocols ensuring system integration and adherence
- Participate in patient care and share in on-call rotation
