House Autry Mills is currently in search of energetic Line Operators for all shifts
Full time hours
Day shift - Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm *Must be able to work Fridays when required
Night shift - Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3:30am *Must be able to work Fridays when required

Operator Duties:
- Responsible for obtaining the current Production Schedule from the Production Supervisor.
- The Line Operator will verify that the correct packaging and material is delivered to work are.
- The Line Operator will setup the line and Printer to the proper settings in order to operate the line in accordance to product standards.
- The Line Operator will operate and monitor line for proper operations.
- Responsible for documentation on the following forms; Metal Detector Checklist, Production Line Operator report
- Responsible for the Housekeeping of the assigned work area.
- Must ensure all areas are organized and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with House-Autry quality standards and procedures.
- Comply with Federal and State Safety Regulations and House-Autry policies.
- The employee is required to comply with GMP & SSOP’s standards.
- The employee is required to follow all safety rules.
- Ensure recordkeeping are followed accordingly.
- Report all discrepancies & safety issues to your supervisor immediately.
- Training required includes: GMPs, Allergen Control Program, Metal Detector (CCP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP’s).
- Other duties as assigned.
Mixing Operator Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedure and policies and safety rules.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proven ability to apply mathematical concepts and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Proven ability to manage and complete tasks on time.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be able to stand on your feet up to 10 hours or more each day.
- Must be able to work in environmentally controlled conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
