PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate site visits to conduct site inspections, evaluate specific areas of concern, and collect adequate data to distribute to the team.
•Process unique information of a particular municipality and utility that is subject to change on a regular basis.
•Assist with the coordination of deliverables during the preconstruction process.
•Coordinate and communicate with clients and landowners in a professional manner.
•Assist in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors/vendors and conduct site visits with appropriate parties.
•Identify water sources to use for construction water and identify local utility for temporary power sources.
•Help identify what could be major risk items of a project and create plans to mitigate those risks.
•Assist with the transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase by transferring information gained from site investigations to the construction team.
•Ability to travel up 75% of the time.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience


PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•Environmental experience
•Prior solar industry experience
•Knowledge of construction/preconstruction
•Knowledge of construction/preconstruction
•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
