How You'll Make an Impact as a Clinic Supervisor:

  • Ensure that patients receive top-quality healthcare services while overseeing the clinical support staff and maintaining the clinic's efficient operation
  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations, guaranteeing patients are seen on time with adequate staff coverage
  • Manage the schedule of clinic support staff to ensure seamless coverage of clinic hours
  • Provide coverage for clinic support staff as needed to fill various roles
  • Oversee and lead all clinical support staff, conducting regular team and individual meetings
  • Contribute to optimizing clinic schedules
  • Manage clinic inventory, partnering with procurement to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Keep a close eye on clinic metrics to ensure patient volumes and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Set clear expectations, inspire and motivate the team with a sense of urgency and clarity to drive company and growth initiatives. Manage performance by recognizing achievements, providing feedback, and directing improvement or development activities
  • Act as the Care Coordinator where you facilitate patient communication regarding their procedures, act as direct contact for patients until clinical portion of patient journey completed, and prep Sinus CT scan patient appointments

What We're Seeking in a Clinic Supervisor:

  • Supervisory experience required, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide teams
  • Prior experience working in a medical clinic
  • College degree or clinical certification preferred
  • Experience with analyzing financial data and clinical performance drivers
  • Managing clinic activities around patient trends, budget and forecast variances
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on accuracy and thoroughness in task completion

Monday & Wednesday: 8am-4:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-5:30pm

Friday: 8am-2:30pm
