About Dave's Hot Chicken:  Dave's Hot Chicken is a rapidly expanding new franchise serving Nashville style Hot Chicken.  As a local, family owned franchise, Hot Chicken Idaho, LLC is excited to bring this extremely successful concept from Los Angeles to the Treasure Valley with two locations,  3450 N Eagle Road in Meridian, ID and 16365 N Marketplace Blvd, Nampa, ID.  Shift Leaders for the Nampa, ID location will begin training at the Eagle Road, Meridian location in anticipation of the Nampa opening scheduled for early June, 2024.

Job Description:  The Shift Leader is a Full Time employee responsible and accountable for working closely with the management team to ensure that Team Members are performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food prep, Restaurant Cleanliness and Teamwork.  Requirements:  MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, including ability to close and work weekends INCLUDING SUNDAY when needed.  Must have previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager, be at least 19 years old, have reliable transportation to work, and must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating.  Shift Leaders will be required to submit to a background check.
