Constellation Kids is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in Monroe.

The Role:
- Part-Time 15 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include evaluations, interventions, leading small group sessions, and active collaboration with school teams and other therapists.
- Your mission: empower school-age children to achieve their goals.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Monday to Friday schedule in sync with the school calendar.
Qualifications:
- Connecticut State Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
