Dental Hygienist - Student Loan Repayment Eligible - Leon, Osceola, Mount Ayr IA

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Leon, Osceola or Mount Ayr Iowa.

Position Details:

• Your Schedule: 8AM – 5PM; Monday - Thursday
• Wonderful work life balance!
• Operatories: Leon site – 4; Mount Ayr site – 3; Osceola - 4
• Current Staff at Leon site: 3 dentists, multiple dental assistants, and 2 dental hygienists
• EHR: Epic Wisdom

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.
• Unrestricted license to practice Oral Hygiene in the State of Iowa
• 2Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Current certification in Mandatory Reporting-Child and Dependent Adult Abuse

Benefits

• Starting salary: $60,000 - $74,000; amount determined based on experience and education.

• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 for two year commitment & option to renew through state and federal programs.

• Professional dues/fees: will pay for your licensure fees
• CME: $1,000 and associated time off days
• PTO: 80 hours
