DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for self-motivated people to join our team of Planning Coordinators! The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal and communication skills, is well organized, good with computers, has high attention for detail, likes to learn, can multi-task, and is goal-oriented.
 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and recommend ideal destinations to clients
  • Plan and arrange accommodations, excursions, and activities.
  • Prepare quotes and review with clients to confirm accuracy.
  • Create social media marketing posts.
  • Participate in various marketing activities
  • Attend daily training and webinars
  • Complete certification training curriculum and attain specialization certifications
  • Create invoices accurately.
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
