Full job description Summary:
NRGUSA is seeking an experienced Precision Assembler to join our team of talented manufacturing professionals. This person will be responsible for assembling Advanced Non-Destructive Testing Machines. A successful candidate will be experienced with complex mechanical assemblies, have a growth mindset, and can work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field such as, but not limited to: Electromechanical Assembly, Engine or Transmission Repair, High Speed Rotary Machinery, Turbines, Electric Motors, Diesel Engines, etc.
• Vocational training or certification for mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements. Ability to work with tight tolerances and fit ups.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills. Knowledge of soldering techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical and electronic industrial equipment and systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
