RN/LPN, FT, PT OR PRN with multiple shift options and sign-on bonus

We have opportunities for RNs and LPNs on with multiple shift options, and opportunities for full-time, part-time or PRN schedules.  Work at least two shifts per month and every other holiday.    

With a low patient/nurse ratio, you’ll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including: 

• Administer medications and assist with wound care
• Assist with obtaining and processing orders
• Assessments
• Check vital signs
• Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
• Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team
• Assist with resident care needs
• Provide appropriate documentation

Our nurses have great skills, including a valid nurse license and CPR certification.  Whether you are brand new to nursing or are a seasoned professional, Deerfield provides the environment that supports your success and helps you grow.
