Mondays would be in-house for onboarding of new staff and staff interaction With possibility to work partially remote after training is complete. Maintain hiring files and assists in payroll processing and benefit administration. Assist HR Director with any additional administrative HR tasks. Assist CEO in executive assistant projects. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities HR Recruitment and Onboarding:Approves job posting and advertising to ensure compliance with job requirement, procedures, State and Federal GuidelinesCreates, Edits and Grades job descriptions to ensure roles are equivalent among departments at same grade levelsCoordinates selection and scheduling interviews of applicants, checks personal qualifications against job requirements, aides in reference checking when needed.Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill job openings.Conducts required background checks of applicants in order to verify eligibilityConducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of company culture, policies, benefits plans and enrollment provisions.Communicates both personally, through oral or written directives and memoranda, with all involved parties.
