Job Description
On site manager needed for 2 small communities in Granbury Texas. Both communities sit on lake Granbury within a mile of each other. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years in property management and have reliable transportation to travel between the sites. One Site / Real Page experience would be preferred but not required. Applicants should be well versed in all aspects of apartment management and excellent people and marketing skills. This person will be expected to lease & prelease units, schedule make readies and work flow for maintenance, collect rents and keep supervisors informed.
