  • Perform redesigns and design changes on existing products to improve manufacturability, reduce warranty, or reduce costs.
  • Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications within file management software.
  • Create, update, and ensure accuracy of BOMs within ERP software.
  • Initiate and validate ECOs as they relate to product improvements and/or modifications.
  • Define, oversee, and help perform testing and auditing of new products and product modifications.
  • Provide support to product manufacturing engineering and manufacturing during production release of a new product.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical product design requ 5+ years preferred.
  • 3D CAD mechanical design experience (SolidWorks preferred).

  • Project management experience with multiple projects.
  • Experience with multiple materials and processes such as injection molding, rubber extrusion, metal stamping, mechanical assembly, and others.

Travel

Rewards:

We provide a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits program including comprehensive health and wellness benefits, a matched 401k, educational assistance, and discounts on great RealTruck products for you, your family, and friends.
