Valet Attendant - Luxury Apartments

Clayton Valet is looking for hard working, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team of Prompt, Polite, and Professional Valet Attendants and extend a helping hand to those who need it!Compensation/Benefits:
- $13.50/hr - $14.50/hr + Tips
- 30 minute paid break
- Review after 60 days of employment
- Health/Vision/Dental Insurance - available after working 1 year of FT hours
- 401(k) 4% Match - available after 90 days of employment
- PTO - accruement plan available after hire
- Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays)
- Weekly Pay
Shifts Available: Full time, Part time
- Afternoon/Evening
- 2:00pm-10:00pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incidents
- Assist customers with any personal medical equipment, if requested (may require lifting up to 30lbs)
- Promote good customer relations by providing service to guests and non-guests with respect
- Greet guests with a smile and exude the values of Clayton Valet by being polite, prompt, and professional
- Uses and maintains valet equipment properly, including keeping equipment and work area clean and organized
- Observe and practice safety precautions at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must pass criminal background check - No felonies
- Must be proficient in English, both verbally and written
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
- Preferred ability to safely operate & drive a manual transmission vehicle (stick shift)
- Must be willing to run short to medium length distances
- Must have clean driving record
- Must pass driving / parking test
- Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending
- Must be able to work in all elements (i.e. rain, snow, sunshine)
- Must have some form of transportation or complete understanding of the bus schedule
