Salary:
As the Maintenance Apprentice you will be a part of a team working to maintain our beautiful facilities of Flint Valley. As a part of the Flint Valley Maintenance team, you will work closely with others on projects to ensure all of our guests and campers can have an experience full of impact.
The objective of the Apprenticeship is to give you hands-on experience in all aspects of working in maintenance within camping ministry, and provide you with knowledge and tools that give you a foundation for further work in the maintenance and /or camping world.
About You:
- You take initiative in your work, and manage your time well.
- You are physically coordinated, and can operate machinery, including, but not limited to mowers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, and other power tools.
- You are flexible and comfortable with a non traditional work schedule.
- You are excited and hungry to learn and grow.
- You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism through all of your interactions.
