Job Description
Purpose:
Facilitates, monitors and ensures that the organization conducts its business in full compliance with all local, state, and national regulations that relate to operations, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and accreditation standards. Supervises the organization's Quality Assurance Team and ensures key performance indicators are being met.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the quality assurance team ensuring KPI’s are being met, reports completed, systems working properly
- Works with management to address deficiencies in systems as they occur to ensure service provision meets the needs of the organization and those using the services
- Conducting internal reviews and operational audits to ensure the organization meets operational requirements
- Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
- Following up on compliance issues that require attention
- Reporting on compliance to the Executive Team
- Communicates problems to supervisors when necessary
- Abides by all CCSI policies and procedures
- Acknowledges receipt of the Standards for Excellence: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector
- Performs other duties as requested from time to time that are not specifically listed but are consistent with the position and skills of the incumbent and necessary for the efficient and effective operation of CCSI.

Education and Experience Qualifications Required:
- Preferred Masters Degree in a behavioral health field
- Thorough knowledge of the industry standards, laws and regulations
- Demonstrable experience in compliance and risk management
- 3-5 years experience in crisis/shelter work
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Completes Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Assessing Suicide in Kids (ASK) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training within 6 months of employment
- Must listen and communicate well, be non-judgmental, have self-initiative and work well as a team member.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
